Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy
At LTF Technology, we are committed to ethical business practices and responsible sourcing throughout our supply chain. We recognize that certain minerals — including tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, and cobalt (3TG) — when mined from conflict-affected regions, may contribute to human rights abuses and environmental harm.
LTF Technology does not knowingly source or use Conflict Minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries. While we do not directly purchase or process raw minerals, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure materials are obtained from conflict-free and socially responsible sources.
We align our practices with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and support the goals of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to promote transparency and accountability in global supply chains. All LTF Technology suppliers are expected to follow these same standards and source only from smelters and refiners validated by recognized third-party audit programs.
LTF Technology remains committed to continuous improvement in responsible sourcing and to supporting ethical labor, environmental sustainability, and human rights across every level of our supply chain.
